Copper Kettle Bakery 
-Social Media Management

As the Social Media Manager for Copper Kettle Bakery, I was brought on to revitalize the brand’s digital presence on Instagram and Facebook. Before my involvement, the social media accounts lacked a cohesive strategy, relying heavily on stock images that didn’t accurately convey the bakery’s unique story. To address this, I conducted a comprehensive social media audit, analyzing audience demographics, engagement rates, reach, and more, to identify areas for improvement.

 

After aligning with the owner on her goals to not only promote Welsh cakes and preserves but also share the rich culture, language, and travel experiences of Wales, I helped refine the feed by removing posts that didn’t accurately represent the brand. Now, I produce weekly posts based on the owner’s priorities, bringing her vision to life through custom graphics, product shots, and fun cultural content. This approach has created a more authentic and engaging social presence that better reflects the heart of the brand. 

 

Enhancing the social accounts is a work in progress, but we’ve already seen encouraging results as the brand’s online presence becomes more cohesive and engaging. Welsh cakes are delicious and I really enjoy helping the owner, Helen, as well as learning more about Welsh culture as I go.
